Shipping and Policies

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Orders shipped within Canada are provided a tracking number.  US orders do not have a tracking number, a tracking number can be provided for an additional fee (please pick this option at checkout).  International orders outside Canada and the US do not have tracking.  Please contact us for a quote for tracking.


The fit is not perfect?

We are happy to accept exchanges.  Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.  Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.  The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.  All merchandise must be in unworn condition.

We do not accept returns or cancellations.

The following items cannot be exchanged: sale, custom or special orders.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for any on sale items, custom or special made orders or personalized orders.  Items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
