Shipping and Policies

All orders are shipped via Canada Post (USPS in the United States).  Orders shipped within Canada and to the US are provided a tracking number.  International orders outside Canada and the US do not have tracking.  Please contact us for a quote for tracking before ordering.  We cannot change the shipment method after you order.

Shipping times vary.  Typically shipments to the US arrive in 1.5-2 weeks.  PLEASE NOTE some delivery times have been extended due to Covid.  This shipping time estimation is not a guarantee and you can expect delays during the holiday season.  For orders going outside of North America the shipping time is typically 2 weeks (again, this is not a guarantee).  And again you can expect delays during the holiday season.

 

The fit is not perfect?

We are happy to accept exchanges.  Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.  Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.  The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.  All merchandise must be in unworn condition.

We do not accept returns or cancellations.

The following items cannot be exchanged: sale, sample sale, custom or special orders.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for any of these items.  Items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
